This page explains how to read and use offers published by MURRANA. It does not itself announce a discount or guarantee that an offer is available.

Check the details of each offer

Review the offer’s eligible products, dates, minimum spend, customer eligibility and any usage limits before purchasing. When an offer has additional terms, those terms will be shown with that offer.

Discount codes and automatic offers

Enter a code in the discount field at checkout, if provided. Automatic offers are reflected when their conditions are met. Confirm that the expected reduction appears in your order total before paying. If it does not, contact us for clarification.

Combining offers

Whether discounts can be combined depends on the terms and configuration of each offer. Do not assume that two offers can be used together.

Prices and additional charges

Unless the offer expressly includes them, do not assume a product discount also reduces shipping, taxes or other separately stated charges. Review the checkout total and the currency shown before completing your purchase.

Returns and order questions

A promotion does not remove rights that apply under consumer law. Return eligibility follows the applicable return policy and terms disclosed for the purchase. For questions about a discount, include the code or offer link and your order number, if available.
