These terms apply to your use of murrana.com and purchases from MURRANA. Our store is hosted on Shopify. By ordering, please review these terms and the policies linked below.

Products and care

Review each product’s description, selected option, measurements and care instructions before ordering. Screens and lighting can affect color appearance; this does not excuse a product that materially differs from its description. Decorative glass should not be assumed suitable for food, hot liquids, dishwashers or other functional uses unless expressly stated for the product. Handle glass carefully and follow the care guidance provided.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices, currency and any applicable delivery charges and taxes are displayed during checkout. Review the total before paying. Order emails acknowledge the order; if we cannot fulfill it because of an availability issue or a material listing error, we will contact you and refund amounts paid for an unfulfilled order. We will not charge an undisclosed additional amount without your agreement.

Delivery

Delivery options and estimates are provided when available during ordering. If a shipping delay occurs, we will provide the notices, choices and refunds required by applicable law. Contact us about a missing or damaged parcel so we can investigate. Nothing here transfers responsibility to you contrary to applicable consumer law.

Returns, custom products and discounts

Our Refund Policy allows return requests for eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Custom and personalized products are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Website use and intellectual property

Do not interfere with website security, access accounts without permission, submit unlawful content or use the service fraudulently. Respect copyright, trademarks and other rights in site content. Access does not grant permission to commercially reproduce protected photographs, artwork or branding.

Consumer rights and resolving concerns
