Custom orders

Ask us about the production and delivery arrangements for a custom piece before confirming your order. Production time and shipping time are separate parts of its journey.

Check your shipping confirmation for tracking details where provided. For help with an order or a parcel that has not arrived, contact us with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as practical. Keep the packaging and include photographs if it is safe to do so. Do not handle broken glass to take a photograph. Reporting promptly helps us investigate and does not remove your statutory rights.
