MURRANA / THE WORK
Make room for stillness.
A quiet corner can offer something the rest of the day does not: a moment without urgency.
This handcrafted glass Buddha sculpture blends modern art with traditional Buddhist culture. The Buddha’s serene expression, with a gentle smile, conveys a silent message of comfort and encouragement.
Choose a place where you can see it without distraction, and let its presence mark a small space for reflection.
Stillness, given space.
MURRANA / LIGHT STUDY
Find its place
in the light.
Begin by a window
Try soft, indirect daylight and observe the balance of colour and reflection.
Explore the edges
A light from one side can help you discover the contours and surface of the work.
Consider the evening
View the work under your room lighting before choosing its permanent place.
Placement and lighting guidance, illustrated with existing product photographs. These images are not a matched time-of-day lighting study.
MURRANA / SCALE & PLACEMENT
Consider the space
around the work.
Give the silhouette room to be seen. A stable console, sideboard or dedicated pedestal offers a clear setting; leave space around the edges and keep the work away from busy walkways.
Dimensions & weight
Please contact us for confirmed measurements and weight before selecting a shelf or display surface.
MURRANA / THE MAKING
Material.
Form. Finish.
Dual-color Glass Technique : High-temperature fusion of amber and gold glass creates a seamless transition, embodying the warmth and solemnity of the Buddha’s light; Intricate Sculpting : The sculpture’s precise details, particularly on the Buddha’s face and robes, capture the compassionate expression and noble essence of Buddha; Cold-polished Finish : A multi-step polishing process results in a smooth, refined surface, resembling the sacred halo around the Buddha, illuminating the surroundings.
