MURRANA / THE WORK
A moment worth noticing.
In the middle of an ordinary day, light can make a familiar object feel new.
Inspired by the intersections of starlight and deep-sea mystery , this vase series captures the sensation of light being refracted through crystalline matter — as if the cosmos itself had taken a physical form. Each vase features meticulously carved geometric facets resembling a crystalline honeycomb, while the glowing amber orbs inside shimmer like stars beneath a midnight ocean.
Let it become a small reason to pause: a work you notice again as the light in your room changes.
A pause, held in light.
MURRANA / LIGHT STUDY
Find its place
in the light.
Begin by a window
Try soft, indirect daylight and observe the balance of colour and reflection.
Explore the edges
A light from one side can help you discover the contours and surface of the work.
Consider the evening
View the work under your room lighting before choosing its permanent place.
Placement and lighting guidance, illustrated with existing product photographs. These images are not a matched time-of-day lighting study.
MURRANA / SCALE & PLACEMENT
Consider the space
around the work.
Give the silhouette room to be seen. A stable console, sideboard or dedicated pedestal offers a clear setting; leave space around the edges and keep the work away from busy walkways.
Dimensions & weight
Please contact us for confirmed measurements and weight before selecting a shelf or display surface.
MURRANA / THE MAKING
Material.
Form. Finish.
Multi-faceted Cutting : Deep-carved surfaces form a sculptural lattice that enhances light refraction and visual depth; Dual-color Molten Layering : Midnight blue and amber glass are fused to create an internal glowing effect; Hand-finished Polishing : Each surface is carefully refined to a reflective sheen, adding brilliance and clarity.
