MURRANA / THE WORK
A little of the living world.
Some forms feel familiar before we can explain why. They recall the life and movement we recognise in nature.
Inspired by the sharks of the ocean , this glass sculpture captures the moment when two sharks swim freely through the water, showcasing the power and grace of marine life . The use of amber and clear glass gradient design vividly expresses the depth and mystery of the ocean, while the sharks’ sleek forms represent their graceful movement through the sea.
Give it a place you pass each day, where that connection to the living world can become part of your own surroundings.
Nature, close at hand.
MURRANA / LIGHT STUDY
Find its place
in the light.
Begin by a window
Try soft, indirect daylight and observe the balance of colour and reflection.
Explore the edges
A light from one side can help you discover the contours and surface of the work.
Consider the evening
View the work under your room lighting before choosing its permanent place.
Placement and lighting guidance, illustrated with existing product photographs. These images are not a matched time-of-day lighting study.
MURRANA / SCALE & PLACEMENT
Consider the space
around the work.
Give the silhouette room to be seen. A stable console, sideboard or dedicated pedestal offers a clear setting; leave space around the edges and keep the work away from busy walkways.

MURRANA / THE MAKING
Material.
Form. Finish.
Dual-color Gradient Glass Technique : The amber and clear glass gradient beautifully showcases the sharks’ natural form and movement; Streamlined Carving : The sculpting process creates sleek, fluid shapes that embody the sharks’ dynamic nature; High-Temperature Pulling and Cold Polishing : Each shark is meticulously crafted through multiple processes to achieve perfect details and a brilliant shine.
